Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: Refunds may be issued in cases of service non-delivery, unsatisfactory performance, or extenuating circumstances. Clients must provide detailed justification for requesting a refund, including evidence of non-compliance with agreed-upon terms.

  2. Refund Process: Clients must submit refund requests in writing to Thesis Works customer support. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made at the discretion of Thesis Works management.

  3. Refund Amount: Refund amounts will be determined based on the extent of service non-compliance or unsatisfactory performance. Thesis Works reserves the right to deduct reasonable fees for services rendered or administrative costs incurred.

  4. Refund Timeframe: Refunds, if approved, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and issued via the original payment method whenever possible. Clients will be notified of the refund status and any applicable deductions or adjustments.

  5. Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as administrative fees or third-party expenses, may be non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount at the discretion of Thesis Works.
